| Regency Ridge Development is a company founded
on traditional values - a tradition of community, a tradition
of craftsmanship, and a tradition of trust. Since 1995
and the inauguration of our first community - The Ridge
at Regency - our award-winning communities continue to
instill these values.
Over the years, our fist development has grown to almost
400 new homes and we have implemented our successful
development practices into our two new communities located
on the north side of Pueblo: Red Hawk offers a welcoming
community for many first-time buyers and Eagleridge
Estates offers a wonderful community for the move-up
buyer.
Phase One of our newest upscale community will commence
Spring 2004. Located on the pristine high plains southwest
of Pueblo, Ventana will not only offer a distinctive
Tuscan flavor, but it will also instill our tradition
of values.
